A specialty coffee bar that started at the base of a waterfall and walked into town.

Sourced close, brewed carefully
We buy Costa Rican single origins in small lots, dial espresso every morning, and make every syrup in our own kitchen. Pour over is by hand, one cup at a time.
Every cup begins close to home and ends in careful hands.

Waterfall first, town second
The first VITA opened in front of the La Fortuna Waterfall parking, serving hikers before and after the 500 steps. In 2024 we opened in the town center for the mornings that start slower.
